Exercise physiology expert to give advice

An expert on exercise physiology is scheduled to give a talk Tuesday in College Station on how genetic predisposition, gene expression and antioxidant levels can determine your activity level, health and aging.
The free seminar featuring Tim Lightfoot, director of the Huffines Institute at Texas A&M, is scheduled for noon at Country Inn & Suites on Southwest Parkway and Texas 6. Registration starts 30 minutes earlier.

Lightfoot is a professor and former chairman of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He directs the Sydney and J.L. Huffines Institute for Sports Medicine and Human Performance in Aggieland.
